Everlywell mails select Medicare members at-home preventive test kits to screen for colorectal cancer or kidney disease, as well as tests to measure blood sugar. Eligibility to receive an at-home test kit is based off specific Stars measure performance and is coordinated with providers. By offering at-home test kits to members, we are making it easy and convenient to complete a preventive screening in the privacy of a member’s home, at no cost. Lab results are shared with the member and their doctor (if the member is attributed to a provider).
