AdhereHealth is Highmark’s vendor for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services offered to eligible Medicare members. Based on the member’s location, clinicians from AdhereHealth may reach out to the member to complete a Comprehensive Medication Review (CMR) as part of the MTM program. The MTM Program is designed to support the health and safety of members by optimizing drug therapy and members should be encouraged to complete the CMR with the plan sponsored pharmacist, including pharmacists from AdhereHealth.

As members complete the CMR, providers may receive notifications from AdhereHealth regarding any drug therapy problems identified as well as a list of the medications reviewed. Providers are encouraged to review these communications and take actions they feel are appropriate for the member.
